Own product design direction and standards across Spruce’s renewables platform. Lead complex end-to-end design work across desktop tools, mobile survey apps, homeowner outputs, enquiry flows, and collaborative workflows. Conduct customer research with installers, validate ideas through prototyping, collaborate closely with developers, and contribute code when appropriate. Mentor two product designers while building scalable design practices and maintaining a high bar for product craft.

Design intuitive, scalable experiences for a complex renewables installation platform. Responsibilities include designing desktop tools, mobile survey apps, homeowner outputs, enquiry flows, and collaborative workflows; simplifying technical and compliance processes; collaborating with developers and shipping code; building design systems; conducting installer research; and validating concepts through prototypes. The role requires close customer engagement, technical curiosity, and ownership across multiple projects.

Own and scale Spruce’s growth engine through experiments, paid advertising, content, partnerships, email, social media, events, analytics, and sales support. The role involves managing acquisition channels, creating marketing assets, analyzing funnel performance and CAC, improving conversion, speaking with heat pump installers, and using AI tools to accelerate growth.
