Design intuitive product experiences across desktop and mobile for heat-pump installers. Create scalable design systems, prototype and validate solutions, run customer research and onsite interviews, collaborate closely with engineers, and ship production-ready work (including contributing code/PRs when appropriate).

Work directly with founders on growth: run marketing experiments, create ads and content, support sales and RevOps scaling, and perform data analysis and reporting to improve conversion and customer outcomes.

Own the full sales cycle for heat-pump installers and enterprise partners: handle inbound demos, chase prospects, close deals, and build a scalable sales engine. Design and implement sales processes and tools, pursue large strategic partnerships, and deploy technologies (including LLMs) to boost efficiency and growth.
