Manage reception and visitor experience, coordinate meeting rooms and logistics across regional offices, handle daily office operations, vendor and facilities liaison, mail and inventory management, access control and safety procedures, plan internal events, and produce monthly office reports.

The Senior Director of Renewal Sales will lead renewal strategies, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, drive team execution, and align processes to secure sustainable revenue while enhancing customer loyalty and engagement.

Responsible for managing key accounts and generating significant revenue by building relationships with CMOs and CTOs, negotiating deals, and pursuing new business opportunities.
