The Data Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of data solutions, advocate for data-centric practices, ensure data privacy, and collaborate across teams to improve data ecosystems.

Investigate and resolve image, data and analysis integrity concerns for manuscripts and published work. Lead complex, multi-article cases, advise editorial teams using COPE guidelines, liaise with legal/communications, mentor colleagues, and contribute to policy, training and workflow improvements.

Lead Workday Core HCM ownership focused on process optimization, data quality, automated document generation and reporting. Design and maintain business processes, validation frameworks, document templates, integrations oversight, testing and release management, stakeholder collaboration, runbooks and training to ensure accurate, auditable and scalable HR operations.

Lead and deliver research strategy consulting for academic, funding, government, and corporate research organisations. Use bibliometrics and quantitative analytics to produce evidence-based recommendations, manage project teams, generate consulting opportunities, and influence senior stakeholders. Drive adoption of consulting best practices and contribute to NRI strategy.

Manage editorial processes for Nature Energy, including manuscript selection, commissioning and editing content (Reviews, Perspectives, Comments), championing social-science representation, liaising with research communities, and writing for the journal.

Lead design, governance, and implementation of future-state peer review management workflows across Nature Portfolio; represent PRM in SNAPP migration; drive change management, training, organisational design, cross-functional alignment, performance measurement, and continuous improvement to ensure scalable, standardised editorial workflows.

The Senior Product Manager will enhance content discoverability, establish partnerships, and evolve strategies for usage and protection of Springer Nature research in AI tools, driving business metrics and collaborating across teams.
