Build user-level engagement and cohort analyses, design and test hypotheses, develop self-serve reporting, automate insights with AI, safeguard metric quality, and coach editors to use data to inform content and retention strategy.

Maintain CRM/marketing data hygiene, build and test audiences in Braze, manage Segment↔Braze data flows (ETL/reverse-ETL), troubleshoot syncs, document mappings, and ensure GDPR-compliant handling while liaising with marketing stakeholders and reporting to the Data Director.

Drive financial performance and strategy for subscription and broader commercial business. Build and maintain subscription models, monitor LTV/CAC/Churn/ARPU, produce forecasts, budgets and reforecasts, appraise investment opportunities, partner with growth teams, communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders, identify efficiencies, manage and develop a finance analyst, and support continuous improvement across Finance.
