Lead and develop the graphics team to deliver high-quality visual assets across editorial, marketing, commercial, B2B, video, social and print. Set standards, workflows and prioritisation; oversee daily editorial graphics and planned campaigns; promote digital-first visual storytelling, data visualisation and motion formats; manage photographers and contributors; improve efficiencies via templates, workflows and AI tools; and collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed graphics early in commissions.

Supports the design, development, and optimization of cloud-based data infrastructure, pipelines, ETL workflows, data warehouses, and self-service data platforms. Builds automations, manages data models and storage, improves warehouse performance, and enables analysts to access data efficiently. The role also involves troubleshooting, process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and contributing to scalable data engineering solutions using SQL, cloud platforms, and potentially Python and dbt.

Generate actionable insights from complex customer, behavioral, lifecycle, and product data. Collaborate with product, commercial, CRM, content, and leadership teams to define analytical questions, test hypotheses, measure business impact, and support evidence-based decisions. Present clear data stories, challenge assumptions, promote data-driven decision-making, and automate recurring reporting and analysis.
