Own the Workday reporting and analytics function, designing advanced reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, and People Analytics content. Build Power BI models integrating Workday and other data sources, improve data quality and security, automate recurring reporting, and establish AI-ready people data foundations. Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to enable self-service insights, train stakeholders, and deliver both strategic improvements and urgent reporting requests.

Develop interactive business intelligence applications, customer reports, dashboards, and automated reporting processes. Query and model large datasets using SQL, create Power BI and Excel visualizations, support data governance and security, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. The role also contributes to the BI roadmap, recommends innovative data solutions, and presents analytical ideas clearly to users and developers.

Monitor live sporting events and betting markets, manage client risk exposure, analyze betting activity and customer behavior, investigate unusual patterns, and produce trading performance insights. The role requires rapid decision-making under pressure, strong sports and betting knowledge, data analysis using Excel or SQL, data visualization, effective communication, and flexibility for shift-based work in a fully onsite London environment.
