Develop interactive BI applications, customer reports, dashboards, and automated reporting processes. Query and model large datasets using SQL, Power BI, Excel, DAX, and Power Query. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve data-driven products, establish reporting solutions, support data governance and security, and contribute to the business intelligence roadmap.

Own the Workday reporting and analytics function, including advanced reports, dashboards, Discovery Boards, People Analytics, calculated fields, security, data quality, and automated deliveries. Build Power BI models that combine Workday and external data, improve self-service reporting, enable stakeholders, and establish governed data foundations for AI-driven analysis. Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership while handling ongoing reporting requests.

Monitor live sporting events and betting markets, manage client risk exposure, analyze betting activity and customer behavior, investigate unusual patterns, and provide data-driven trading insights. The role requires strong sports betting knowledge, mathematical ability, odds analysis, real-time decision-making, stakeholder communication, and flexibility to work rotating shifts in a fully onsite London office.
