Own CRM and lifecycle marketing for business customers from signup through activation, expansion, retention, referrals, and reviews. Manage Customer.io, segmentation, triggered journeys, campaign execution, deliverability, experimentation, and lifecycle reporting. Partner with data, product, sales, and growth teams to improve onboarding, deposits, product adoption, churn prevention, and customer advocacy through email, in-app, and push channels.

Lead the Netherlands sales team while carrying an individual quota and owning strategic deals. Build and manage pipeline, coach Account Executives in customer meetings, achieve team assets-under-management targets, recruit sales talent, and provide performance reporting. The role requires full-cycle B2B sales expertise, sales leadership experience, native Dutch, fluent English, and strong CRM and sales-tool proficiency.

Lead legal and regulatory work for Spiko Embedded partnerships, including drafting and negotiating B2B agreements, structuring products across jurisdictions, advising Product and Engineering, engaging regulators, and maintaining compliance procedures, terms, registers, audits, and reporting. The role requires strong financial regulation expertise, complex fintech contract negotiation experience, and collaboration across legal, compliance, sales, partnership, and product teams.

Build and maintain Spiko's risk mapping across market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, and technology risks. Define KRIs and limits, produce regular risk reporting, support new operational schemes and regulatory filings (including FCA), compute K-factors as balance sheet grows, manage external partner risk relationships, document policies, chair risk committees, and train teams on risk topics.

Own Spiko’s end-to-end security strategy across applications, infrastructure, cloud, identity, vulnerability management, testing, detection, and incident response. Lead ISO 27001 certification, DORA implementation, security policies, controls, and audit evidence. Support partner security due diligence and help position security as a sales differentiator. Define the security roadmap autonomously and build a strong company-wide security culture.

Lead and scale the Customer Success function, including customer onboarding, KYC account approval, customer care, and high-touch API partner support. Recruit and mentor the team, establish customer and operational KPIs, implement AI- and LLM-powered automation, maintain knowledge bases, and collaborate with Product and Compliance to improve the customer experience and influence the product roadmap.

Lead and scale Spiko's engineering organization from 8 to ~24 engineers, owning architecture, delivery, quality, hiring, org design, incident management, and embedding AI across tooling and workflows while remaining hands-on in code and product decisions.

Own and shape the customer-facing web app and marketing landing page using React/Next.js. Define frontend architecture, standards, accessibility, performance, and developer tooling. Build complex, data-rich UIs with designers and full-stack engineers, improve CI/CD and developer experience, and introduce AI-assisted frontend workflows.
