Lead end-to-end sales for Spiko's embedded API product across Europe: prospect, structure deals, manage distributor partnerships, drive revenue and AUM growth, translate market feedback into product roadmap, navigate regulatory requirements with compliance, represent the company at fintech events, and mentor the sales function as the business scales.

Lead and scale Spiko's engineering organization from 8 to ~24 engineers, owning architecture, delivery, quality, hiring, org design, incident management, and embedding AI across tooling and workflows while remaining hands-on in code and product decisions.

Own and shape the customer-facing web app and marketing landing page using React/Next.js. Define frontend architecture, standards, accessibility, performance, and developer tooling. Build complex, data-rich UIs with designers and full-stack engineers, improve CI/CD and developer experience, and introduce AI-assisted frontend workflows.

Build and maintain Spiko's risk mapping across market, counterparty, operational, liquidity, and technology risks. Define KRIs and limits, produce regular risk reporting, support new operational schemes and regulatory filings (including FCA), compute K-factors as balance sheet grows, manage external partner risk relationships, document policies, chair risk committees, and train teams on risk topics.

Manage day-to-day corporate finance operations including invoicing, receivables, accounts payable, payment runs across multiple currencies, and first-line controls. Automate processes using AI/tools, assist monthly and annual close with external accountants, prepare supporting documentation, and produce recurring and ad-hoc finance reports.

Lead full-cycle recruitment and proactive sourcing across functions, build talent pipelines, design structured interview processes, advise hiring managers, track hiring metrics, and continuously improve TA processes to scale the company.
