Own Spiko.io end-to-end to make the website the top acquisition channel: define roadmap, run CRO experiments, build landing pages, manage tagging and analytics (GA4, heatmaps), track performance, and collaborate with design, engineering, and local teams to optimize conversions across markets.

Own and run daily fund middle-office and payment operations for multiple funds and currencies. Execute subscriptions/redemptions, reconcile funds and banks, manage liquidity and settlements, support NAV calculations, coordinate external administrators, build operational infrastructure and automations with Product and Engineering, contribute to regulatory reporting and controls, and support clients and customer teams on operational issues.

Drive Spikos growth in Germany by owning full sales cycle: hunt, close, and manage key accounts; develop market-specific strategies; report insights and inform product/GTMs; collaborate with founders and help build the sales team.

Lead end-to-end sales for Spiko's embedded API product across Europe: prospect, structure deals, manage distributor partnerships, drive revenue and AUM growth, translate market feedback into product roadmap, navigate regulatory requirements with compliance, represent the company at fintech events, and mentor the sales function as the business scales.

Build and lead the UK compliance function, serve as MLRO, manage AML/CFT programs, lead FCA licensing and regulatory engagement, implement policies and controls, oversee regulatory reporting, advise on products and partnerships, and report to the board.
