Define reference architectures, optimize model routing and token budgets, and ensure compliance and auditability while evaluating emerging agent frameworks.

Design, build, and operate governed data pipelines and context layers for AI agents integrating Salesforce, SAP, and service data. Implement feedback loops, data-quality frameworks, semantic models, Power BI reporting, and secure API-based integrations to support enterprise commercial AI workflows.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Azure AI solutions including LLM-powered chatbots, vector-search integrations, and autonomous agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, governed, scalable AI platforms, optimise data flows, and support AI adoption and engineering best practices.

Lead Site Reliability Engineering for Azure cloud platforms: define SLOs/SLIs, improve observability, drive automation, manage incidents and root-cause analysis, collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure scalable, reliable deployments and operational excellence.

Design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. Provide technical leadership across architecture, development, testing, CI/CD and DevSecOps. Collaborate with product, UX and cross-functional teams, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Owner of early-stage venture creation and product management: identify and validate opportunities, define venture thesis and MVP, run customer discovery and pilots, use AI and no-code tools to prototype and validate, develop business cases and GTM, align cross-functional teams, and guide stage-gate investment decisions to achieve early traction.
