Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations (inbound/outbound) following SAFe/Agile SDLC. Ensure data security/privacy/quality, translate business specs to technical designs, perform unit/integration testing, and troubleshoot production integration failures.

Manage and grow a book of institutional asset manager and service provider accounts, maintain C-suite relationships, drive engagement, renewals and upsells, hit quarterly growth targets, manage pipeline and forecasting, and occasionally travel for onsite client meetings.

Manage and grow relationships with non-financial corporate clients by driving product adoption, identifying upsell opportunities, delivering custom demos and training, and coordinating internal teams. Develop strategic account plans, forecast and report on account health, and ensure high engagement and retention of S&P Global solutions.
