Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-country enterprise SaaS implementations across EMEA. Manage client stakeholders, project governance, scope, change orders, risks, budgets, resources, and delivery reporting. Coordinate cross-functional consultants and product teams while driving issue resolution and client satisfaction. Contribute to improving Professional Services methodologies, templates, onboarding playbooks, and governance frameworks. The role requires expertise in tax compliance, e-invoicing, regulatory technology, and enterprise implementations.

Provides technical sales engineering for embedded compliance solutions, guiding ISV and BPO partners through discovery, solution scoping, validation, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and integration. Advises on APIs, authentication, webhooks, cloud architecture, deployment, testing, SLAs, and data flows. Develops technical sales assets, maintains platform expertise, documents partner engagements, and collaborates across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Services. Travel is required as needed for partner meetings, workshops, events, and planning.

Lead enterprise discovery sessions, map transaction flows and ERP landscapes, design cross-border compliance solutions, and advise technical and business stakeholders. Partner with Sales on account strategy, qualification, RFPs, tenders, demonstrations, and solution positioning. Maintain demo environments, support partner-led engagements, improve pre-sales practices, and use AI tools to streamline workflows and personalize demonstrations. Occasional travel and a background check are required.
