Manage scope, schedules, risks, governance, change orders, budgets, stakeholder relationships, cross-functional resources, retainer utilization, go-live, hypercare, and handover. The role also supports delivery methodology improvements and provides product feedback.

Qualify inbound leads and generate pipeline using AI-assisted workflows and sales tools. Achieve activity and revenue targets, hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives, partner on territory plans, and recommend improvements to processes and tools.

Lead strategic solution architecture for ISV partnerships, designing scalable embedded compliance integrations using APIs, webhooks and cloud-native patterns; influence product strategy, advise executives, establish governance and testing frameworks, mentor architects, and support pre-sales and partner engagements.
