Leads product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Sotheby’s customer-facing websites, mobile app, and affiliated digital businesses. Oversees product managers and collaborates with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to define priorities, improve user experiences, measure outcomes, and deliver products. Responsibilities include market research, user interviews, resource planning, agile execution, executive communication, product requirements, stakeholder alignment, and risk management.

Leads cross-functional global real estate, security, and facilities initiatives from planning through operational readiness. Creates workplans, coordinates stakeholders, tracks milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and decisions, and resolves execution barriers. Prepares leadership updates, maintains governance and reporting tools, supports business reviews and planning sessions, and improves project delivery through repeatable processes, documentation, and lessons learned.

Leads a distributed engineering team across hiring, development, performance, delivery, and technical quality. Partners with product management on roadmaps, manages dependencies, drives planning and retrospectives, and oversees reliability, observability, testing, incidents, and operational follow-up. Contributes to engineering-wide standards and process improvements while developing engineers and ensuring the team delivers meaningful, maintainable outcomes.
