Lead product design across customer-facing applications and operational tools. Responsibilities include user research, workflow mapping, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, polished UI, design QA, design system contributions, and cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers. The role also supports design quality, mentors peers, and improves UX practices across complex global art and luxury experiences.

Support the VP of Product in defining and delivering a new platform through roadmap ownership, requirements development, agile ceremonies, vendor decisions, and cross-functional coordination. The role covers identity, access, booking, payments, member services, CRM, and content architecture. It requires managing parallel workstreams, resolving risks, facilitating stakeholder decisions, and launching a premium member experience on a fixed timeline.

Leads a distributed engineering team across hiring, development, performance, delivery, and technical quality. Partners with product management on roadmaps, manages dependencies, drives planning and retrospectives, and oversees reliability, observability, testing, incidents, and operational follow-up. Contributes to engineering-wide standards and process improvements while developing engineers and ensuring the team delivers meaningful, maintainable outcomes.
