Teams at Sophos

Design, build, test, deploy, and support backend services (primarily in Go) and contribute to TypeScript frontends. Own full feature lifecycle, lead delivery, drive architecture and code quality, participate in reviews, mentor juniors, handle production support and on-call duties, and improve tooling and observability.

Lead execution of Sophos' global partner program across the EMEA region: drive program adoption, tiering, certifications, incentives, tooling rollouts, performance tracking, and partner feedback. Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, enablement, finance, and regional leadership to ensure consistent channel program delivery and regional localization.

Lead global partner enablement strategy to accelerate partner time-to-value and commercial success. Build role-based learning journeys, scale MSP/MSSP enablement, drive content and AI-enabled curriculum production, measure enablement impact using partner and CRM data, and lead a global enablement team.
