Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Sophos’s Windows Endpoint Platform. Translate Windows operating system changes, security requirements, customer needs, and threat landscape shifts into priorities for Engineering and cross-functional teams. Lead platform modernization, agent architecture, performance, compatibility, telemetry, deployment, and reliability initiatives. Partner with Microsoft and support go-to-market activities, customer engagement, partner enablement, and executive communications for global enterprise security products.

Leads the transformation of Sophos’s pricing operations by building a centralized team, governance model, pricing cadence, and AI-assisted competitive intelligence capabilities. The role oversees discount governance, market monitoring, cross-functional alignment with sales and finance, Network Security partnership, executive reporting, and metrics tracking. It requires organizational change leadership, people management, and experience designing pricing strategies for subscription-based technology businesses.

Investigate security logs and events, handle Tier I escalations, conduct threat hunting, analyze indicators of compromise, and support incident response for MDR customers. The role involves documenting findings, communicating with technical and executive audiences, guiding analysts, following cases through resolution, researching emerging threats, improving security operations processes, and reporting on threat trends.
