Leads positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, sales and channel enablement for Sophos AI cybersecurity solutions. Develops category narratives, launch assets, competitive intelligence, analyst relationships, customer feedback programs, and partner enablement. Collaborates cross-functionally with product management, research, sales, marketing, and channel teams to translate technical capabilities into differentiated market stories and pipeline outcomes.

Leads global accounting and financial control operations, including month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, AP, AR, tax compliance, statutory reporting, audits, and variance analysis. Manages the global finance control team, partners with tax and finance technology teams, supports budgeting and forecasting, improves processes and controls, and serves as resident director for local entities. The role requires strong IFRS knowledge, regulatory expertise, people leadership, and flexibility during reporting periods.

Own Sophos’s global lead lifecycle strategy from initial engagement through revenue. Develop behavior-driven nurture and buying journeys, optimize lead scoring, qualification, routing, recycling, and funnel conversion, and connect prospect behavior with account intent signals. Partner with Growth Marketing, ABX, SDR, Sales, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations teams. Analyze lifecycle KPIs, conduct testing, improve pipeline outcomes, and apply AI and automation to personalization and journey orchestration.
