Lead execution of a global social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube and other channels. Align social promotion with paid media, optimize site content for SEO/AEO, support digital campaigns, and use analytics/CRM/marketing automation to drive inbound traffic, engagement, and leads while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead the validation of NGS-based IVD and CDx products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and designing effective validation studies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide on-site training and hands-on customer support for NGS workflows and SOPHiA GENETICS solutions. Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather feedback, support protocol optimizations, draft scientific and quality documents, and coordinate product implementation. Field-based role requiring frequent travel across Europe to build customer relationships and deliver technical enablement.
