Teams at SOPHiA GENETICS

Lead the validation of NGS-based IVD and CDx products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and designing effective validation studies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide on-site training and hands-on customer support for NGS workflows and SOPHiA GENETICS solutions. Collaborate with sales and product teams to gather feedback, support protocol optimizations, draft scientific and quality documents, and coordinate product implementation. Field-based role requiring frequent travel across Europe to build customer relationships and deliver technical enablement.

Lead business development and strategic account growth with pharmaceutical and mid-sized biopharma partners for NGS, biomarker discovery, clinical trial assays and CDx solutions. Build and maintain pipeline in Salesforce, develop proposals, negotiate and close deals, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver signed engagements. Travel internationally (~30%) to meet customers and attend events, focusing on new customer acquisition across Europe and the US East Coast.
