Owner of day-to-day People operations for a 150+ global, fast-growing startup. Partner with leaders on performance, probation, employee relations, and people decisions. Design and deliver people projects (performance management, L&D, culture), document scalable AI-first processes, and support execution of People strategy while building the People function.

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll manage 20-24 enterprise accounts, driving customer engagement and retention through proactive relationship management, value realization, and handling product feedback. You'll operate with high autonomy, shaping the Customer Success function in a rapidly evolving environment.

Lead and scale an AE team to drive repeatable enterprise revenue. Build outbound pipeline engines, coach reps, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, set operational cadence, hire top reps, and partner with marketing, product, and customer teams. Use AI tools to improve prospecting and rep productivity.

Own the full sales lifecycle for mid-to-enterprise frontline customers (Social Care, Retail, Hospitality): prospect, manage pipeline, close deals, forecast revenue, build stakeholder relationships, represent Sona at events, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence product and onboarding.

Lead the customer success team, manage enterprise accounts, evolve the operating model, and enhance customer experience using AI tools to drive relationship quality.
