Leads strategic and operational performance across a UK portfolio of Soho House properties. Oversees senior leadership teams, hospitality standards, member and guest experience, commercial results, budgets, P&Ls, talent development, succession planning, and continuous improvement. Partners with central functions to resolve complex issues, maintain brand standards, improve profitability, and ensure each House retains its unique identity. Requires regular travel across UK properties outside London.

Chief Development Officer accountable for Soho House & Co.’s global property development portfolio, spanning acquisition, design, construction, budgeting, risk, approvals, and operational handover. The role leads a global development operating model, manages multi-country programs and capital budgets, oversees regional teams, and partners with the Board, executives, developers, contractors, landlords, and regulators. Extensive travel is required, with deep US development expertise essential.

Provides generalist HR support, employee relations guidance, performance and absence management, probation and disciplinary support, compliance audits, engagement initiatives, recruitment assistance, and internal mobility coordination. Partners with managers across sites, manages employee events and exit interviews, maintains Greenhouse vacancies, supports investigations, and escalates complex cases while improving people processes and employee experience.
