Welcomes spa members and guests, manages reception, phone inquiries, reservations, deliveries, coats, guest lists, and facility information. Resolves guest concerns, maintains a clean and safe reception area, communicates feedback to management, supports a positive atmosphere, and assists with training new hires. Requires front-desk experience, luxury hospitality or private club experience, strong communication and coordination skills, reservation-system proficiency, and calm problem-solving.

Manages daily building and facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security, compliance, and contractor coordination. Leads onsite teams, oversees planned and reactive maintenance, conducts inspections, maintains records, responds to emergencies, and supports sustainability initiatives. The role also coordinates with front-of-house teams to minimize disruption and ensure a safe, functional, high-quality experience for members and visitors.

Leads Soho House’s global Member Support and Member Success functions, setting service strategy, operational standards, retention initiatives, and lifecycle engagement programs. Oversees global teams, outsourced partners, workforce planning, SLAs, escalations, budgets, and commercial outcomes. Drives automation, self-service, process redesign, voice-of-customer programs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve satisfaction, loyalty, lifetime value, and revenue while reducing churn.
