Lead security, licensing and safety across London sites, manage investigations, CCTV/alarm contracts, liaise with police and authorities, advise on manned guarding and event security, deliver training, and prepare counter-terror risk assessments to maintain member and staff safety.

Lead and implement the group's global transfer pricing strategy, build intercompany pricing frameworks, manage TP risk and audits, oversee master and local file documentation per OECD guidelines, review intercompany financing and management service recharges, and collaborate with finance, legal and local teams to ensure compliance and remediate TP issues.

Lead and supervise the front desk team to deliver exceptional member and guest service. Manage high-volume phone lines, reservations, data accuracy, daily reports, shift rotas, training/onboarding, and resolve guest issues while maintaining a clean, safe reception environment and building member relationships.
