Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery for virtualization and private cloud engagements, owning design, migration, build oversight, DR strategy, governance (ARB/TDA), and mentoring. Architect VMware (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF) and Red Hat platforms (OpenShift, KubeVirt, RHOSP), drive VM-to-container migrations, champion IaC/automation (Ansible, Terraform, GitOps), and advise on licensing, risk, and operational handover.

Manage 1-3 global finance accounts in EMEA, drive new business and upsell to deliver significant gross profit, build C-level relationships, coordinate regional/global teams, and position WWT solutions through OEM partnerships.

Manage, review, redline and negotiate commercial IT-related contracts (MPAs, PSAs, SOWs, NDAs, channel agreements). Use CLM and AI contract-review tools, draft flow-downs and summaries, guide RFP/legal risk, and collaborate with sales, proposals, and subject-matter experts to ensure compliant, executable agreements.

Lead pre-sales and delivery for Global Enterprise accounts, driving digital transformation via enterprise architecture, technical solutions, proposals, and project delivery across IT infrastructure domains. Partner with Sales and Services, manage risks, vendor/partner resources, and ensure financial and delivery excellence.

Lead multiple large, technical projects end-to-end in a professional services environment: plan and track schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables; communicate with stakeholders; ensure profitability, quality, and timely execution while driving cross-functional teams and continuous improvement.

Manage and mentor consultants placed onsite across Australia, handle onboarding and escalations, staff projects and manage utilization, perform capacity planning and forecasting, coach engineering staff, maintain customer and sales relationships, provide weekly status and project financial reporting, and improve processes to support business growth.

Manage and grow datacenter and cloud technology revenue across strategic UK financial services accounts. Build C-level relationships, coordinate with SMEs and partners, qualify and close opportunities, and drive pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
