Set growth forecasts, develop testing roadmaps, analyze performance, optimize creative, offers, audiences and landing pages, and lead client strategy discussions. Partner with creative and media teams, use AI and analytics tools to improve efficiency, and mentor Paid Social Managers and Media Buyers while driving acquisition, MER, retention, and client outcomes.

Own the commercial and strategic relationships for a portfolio of DTC client accounts within a growth agency pod. Responsibilities include managing MRR, retention, multi-service adoption, P&L, QBRs, commercial reviews, expansion opportunities, difficult fee and performance conversations, and translating paid media performance into client growth strategies. The role also coaches account teams and ensures delivery quality.
