The role also coaches account teams and ensures delivery quality.

Act as a consultant-led growth strategist for a small portfolio of high-growth eCommerce brands. Diagnose performance bottlenecks across offer, creative, conversion and distribution; build growth roadmaps, forecasts and tests; translate data into commercial recommendations; and lead execution with media, creative and growth teams to deliver measurable revenue, acquisition, efficiency and profitability outcomes.

Own personal branding strategies for the leadership team across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube. Create, schedule, and monitor written, photo, and video content; source PR, interviews, events, and speaking opportunities; travel with leaders to capture content; turn client results into demand-generation assets; track performance; and support blogs, web copy, and newsletters.
