In this role, you will act as an enablement partner, diagnosing skill gaps, designing solutions, curating content, and collaborating with various teams to enhance field capabilities and drive performance.

Lead EMEA paid Priority Support end-to-end: own regional revenue targets, scale and coach the Designated Support Engineer team, drive proactive AI-augmented advisory engagements, partner with Sales and reactive support for escalations, and ensure customer retention, consumption growth, and delivery quality.

Lead and execute the EMEA strategic partnership between Snowflake and Accenture: build joint GTM plans, drive co-selling and pipeline, enable partner certifications and delivery, manage executive relationships, oversee joint customer success, and measure alliance-influenced revenue and outcomes.
