Teams at Snowflake

Own event workstreams across Snowflake-hosted events and major third-party conferences throughout EMEA. Manage registration, speakers, venues, vendors, booth logistics, lead capture, budgets, purchase orders, event metrics, and onsite execution. Partner with Field Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, agencies, and suppliers to deliver high-quality customer and partner experiences. The role is based in London with at least three onsite days weekly, periodic EMEA travel, and occasional evening or weekend commitments.

Leads enterprise acquisition sales by recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams. The role includes territory planning, complex technical and commercial negotiations, forecast execution, go-to-market strategy, customer engagement, migration planning, business-case development, and collaboration with sales engineering and internal support teams.

Own the full technical relationship for a strategic global healthcare account, from discovery and proof of concept through technical close and expansion. Architect and demonstrate Snowflake solutions for clinical interoperability, claims, population health, real-world evidence, and healthcare AI/ML. Advise senior healthcare technology leaders, translate regulatory requirements into production solutions, coordinate internal teams, develop account success plans, and mentor junior Solution Engineers.
