Teams at Snowflake

Leads and develops an EMEA pre-sales Solution Engineering team focused on observability. Partners with sales leadership on territory strategy, coaches technical demonstrations and proofs of concept, guides enterprise customers migrating logs, metrics, and traces to Snowflake, and handles complex architecture and competitive positioning. The role also channels customer feedback to Product and Engineering, represents Snowflake at industry events, and supports large-scale cloud data platform adoption.

Build and expand relationships with AI-native startups, founders, venture investors, and ecosystem partners across EMEA. Develop startup go-to-market strategies, drive Snowflake AI adoption, create repeatable ecosystem programs, and grow qualified pipeline and consumption. Advise founders on AI application architectures and Snowflake capabilities while coordinating with Sales, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Ventures, and Solutions Engineering. Track outcomes, provide market intelligence, and improve startup acquisition and expansion strategies.

Manage mid-sized technical implementations for Snowflake customers: maintain project governance and documentation in Smartsheet/Certinia, build WBS with effort/resource allocations, lead meetings, resolve resource conflicts, track margins and CSAT, and use SQL, JIRA/Confluence and Snowflake fundamentals. Ensure SnowPro Core certification within 60 days and operate with a customer-centric, data-driven mindset. Fluency in Spanish required.
