Leads Snowflake’s EMEA partner marketing strategy, aligning global programs with regional sales, alliances, and marketing priorities. Builds joint go-to-market, demand-generation, enablement, activation, event, sponsorship, and co-selling motions with cloud partners, GSIs, ISVs, and technology partners. Oversees partner funding, investment governance, performance measurement, and operational rigor while developing a high-performing team and representing EMEA insights globally.

Principal Solution Engineer responsible for helping UK customers evaluate and adopt Snowflake. Partners with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to present solutions, conduct demos and proofs of concept, design architectures, develop technical champions, and secure technical wins. Requires strong modern data, cloud, SQL, presentation, and customer-facing skills. The role also involves competitive positioning, partner collaboration, account planning, and representing Snowflake at industry events.

Work with sales and partners to present Snowflake to technical and executive stakeholders; run demos, proofs-of-concept, and designs; build technical champions; stay current on Snowflake roadmap and competing technologies; collaborate with product, engineering, partners, and sales to drive deals and customer success.
