Tell us about Snap! Mobile’s mission. How does that mission influence the company culture, and did it impact your decision to join the team?

Snap! Mobile’s mission is to empower coaches and educators in their dedication to develop the leaders of tomorrow. This mission is what guides the work of our Snap! employees and the reason why I joined the team in 2016. With an athletic background, I have experienced firsthand the impact that coaches and group leaders can have on their athletes. Snap! Mobile provides solutions for these leaders and gives back what matters most: time with their athletes and students. Knowing that the work we do directly impacts the lives of youth organizations made the decision to join Snap! feel exciting and meaningful. Being a part of a company that has helped raise over $1 billion for groups and teams is something we can all take pride in.

 

From your perspective, how does your work connect to the overall company mission?

Within the Culture team is our PEP Team. PEP stands for People Experiences with Purpose. The mission for this team is to create a culture of care, connection and celebration. The team is dedicated to supporting employees and customers through milestones and challenges. Whether it’s celebrating an employee’s personal milestone or offering encouragement and support to a school or program, together we create a culture where people feel seen, valued and always supported. 

 

What advice would you give a jobseeker hoping to join Snap! Mobile?

Know your “why.” When joining Snap! Mobile, you are joining a team and culture that cares; a team that cares for its teammates and the programs and communities that we support. It’s motivating to be part of a team where the mission isn’t just words but is seen in action every day.
