Lead Smartly's UK Retail & Ecommerce go-to-market: build enterprise relationships, drive strategic sales from prospecting to close, partner cross-functionally to ensure customer value, represent the company at industry events, and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline.

Own and grow a book of advertiser accounts, provide consultative digital marketing advice, drive trials and engagement, resolve campaign and scaling issues, liaise with platform partners and product teams, and develop vertical expertise to improve customer retention and growth.

Manage technical onboarding for newly-signed customers, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to create tailored onboarding plans, train customers on platform features, set up reporting and automations, and own execution to drive product adoption and successful long-term partnerships.
