The Senior Customer Onboarding Manager leads onboarding for new clients, ensuring effective transitions to the Smartly platform, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams to tailor onboarding plans and deliver training for client success.

Own and grow a book of paid-social advertising customers, provide consultative strategy and technical support, run product trials, liaise with platform partners (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok), and feed product insights back to internal teams to drive retention and growth.

Serve as a technical advisor for global strategic advertisers, driving pre- and post-sales activities including technical discovery, solution design, demos, onboarding, training, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate adoption and customer outcomes.
