Provides technical engineering support across client facilities and data center portfolios. Responsibilities include managing technical incidents, supporting mobilizations, conducting dilapidation and condition reports, overseeing authorized-person duties, delivering site training, maintaining SOPs and EOPs, administering technical toolbox talks, supporting project and site teams, and advising clients and internal stakeholders on critical technical matters.

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown electrical work on-site. Fault-find LV systems, UPS, generators and air conditioning using alarm/graphical data. Update CBMS (Concept/Smart Hub), complete paperwork, prepare method statements and risk assessments, and keep plant rooms secure and tidy.

Supervise day-shift engineering operations in a London Bridge facility: execute planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on mechanical and electrical plant, maintain tight humidity and temperature controls, manage spares and defect remediation, and use CAFM to track tasks and assets.
