Supervise day-shift operations performing planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems. Maintain strict temperature and humidity controls, manage spares, produce parts lists, and use CAFM to track work and asset schedules.

Perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive and breakdown repairs on electrical and mechanical building systems (AC, UPS, generators, LV). Maintain CBMS records, manage spares, complete paperwork, follow risk assessments/method statements, and keep plant rooms secure and serviceable.

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown electrical work on-site. Fault-find LV systems, UPS, generators and air conditioning using alarm/graphical data. Update CBMS (Concept/Smart Hub), complete paperwork, prepare method statements and risk assessments, and keep plant rooms secure and tidy.

Perform PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical building systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, LV). Maintain plant rooms, manage spare parts inventory, update CBMS tickets, complete paperwork, and prepare/follow method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe, continuous building operations.

Supervise day-shift engineering operations in a London Bridge facility: execute planned preventative maintenance and reactive works on mechanical and electrical plant, maintain tight humidity and temperature controls, manage spares and defect remediation, and use CAFM to track tasks and assets.

Provide contract delivery support by producing financial and statistical reports, assisting month-end P&Ls, handling daily administration (work orders, purchase orders, invoicing), managing WIP and debt, responding to customers, submitting payroll overtime, monitoring engineers' schedules, conducting site visits, and performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Manage M&E maintenance and repair across multiple mobile contracts; ensure statutory compliance, oversee teams, control PPM/reactive work via Elogbooks, produce monthly and energy reports, manage certification, health & safety, staffing and commercial performance.

Perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive and breakdown repairs on electrical plant (UPS, generators, LV, air conditioning). Update CMMS, complete paperwork, use method statements and risk assessments, maintain locked and tidy plant rooms, and report asset performance with improvement recommendations.

Support contract delivery by producing financial and statistical reports, assisting month-end P&L reviews, managing day-to-day administration (work orders, POs, invoicing), monitoring WIP and debt, responding to customers, submitting payroll overtime, scheduling engineers, conducting site visits, and performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Manage engineering assets and supervise reactive and planned maintenance for electrical and mechanical plant. Maintain CMMS and inventories, prepare method statements and risk assessments, produce monthly reports, manage staff and subcontractor rotas, ensure plant rooms are secure and compliant, and build client and subcontractor relationships.
