Lead end-to-end product design for Smarkets’ prediction-market products. Define design direction, research user needs, create clear interfaces and prototypes, test concepts, enhance design systems, and collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering. The role requires autonomous work in ambiguous environments, strong visual and interaction design, strategic product thinking, and the ability to communicate design rationale while raising design quality across the company.

Build and mature security engineering capabilities for cloud-native, regulated trading systems. Design security controls, AI security guardrails, CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code checks, monitoring, incident response, resilience processes, and compliance documentation. Conduct risk assessments, remediate findings, support regulatory audits, and partner with engineering teams to embed security ownership. The role requires hands-on cloud, container, application security, automation, and DevSecOps expertise, with familiarity with CFTC safeguards expectations.

Leads Smarkets’ global commercial and marketing strategy across brand, acquisition, retention, and multiple markets. Owns the marketing budget, ROI, performance marketing, lifecycle strategy, positioning, team development, and growth metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback. Partners with product, trading, data, and executive teams to scale a direct-to-consumer brand efficiently.
