Develop and implement AI safety principles, policies, and operational processes for a mental health product. Defines and measures high-quality conversations for an AI mental health product. The role develops behavioral benchmarks and evaluations, establishes safety constraints, makes evidence-based product decisions, and recruits and coaches distributed human reviewers. It partners with clinical, safety, conversation, and machine learning teams to improve model behavior, maintain reviewer calibration, and evaluate difficult conversational edge cases. The role requires clinical psychology expertise, measurement experience, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort working alongside ML teams.

Own Slingshot AI’s paid social creative engine for its mental health app. Develop hooks, scripts, visuals, and briefs; run weekly experiments; analyze media-buying KPIs; identify and scale winning concepts; coach creators; build testing systems and user-language libraries; and define Ash’s visual and verbal market presence. The role is hands-on, consumer-focused, and involves producing creative assets, optimizing funnels, and collaborating closely with media buying.
