Defines and measures high-quality conversations for an AI mental health product. The role develops behavioral benchmarks and evaluations, establishes safety constraints, makes evidence-based product decisions, and recruits and coaches distributed human reviewers. It partners with clinical, safety, conversation, and machine learning teams to improve model behavior, maintain reviewer calibration, and evaluate difficult conversational edge cases. The role requires clinical psychology expertise, measurement experience, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort working alongside ML teams.

Own Slingshot AI’s paid social creative engine for its mental health app. Develop hooks, scripts, visuals, and briefs; run weekly experiments; analyze media-buying KPIs; identify and scale winning concepts; coach creators; build testing systems and user-language libraries; and define Ash’s visual and verbal market presence. The role is hands-on, consumer-focused, and involves producing creative assets, optimizing funnels, and collaborating closely with media buying.

Own Slingshot AI’s paid social creative performance loop, including developing concepts, copy, visuals, tests, and iteration. Build repeatable testing systems, analyze media-buy KPIs, coach creators, manage creative spend, and establish Ash’s visual and verbal market identity. The role partners closely with media buying and may support creator operations, landing pages, funnels, and content production.

Own Slingshot AI’s performance creative engine from concept and copy through production, launch, measurement, and iteration. Produce high-volume static and video ads using AI tools, develop repeatable testing systems, tailor creative across ad networks, and optimize the web funnel toward paying users. Partner closely with media buying, manage creative supply from creators and UGC vendors, establish Ash’s market voice, and potentially lead a growing creative team.

Slingshot AI seeks a Technical Ex-Founder for its Engineering team, emphasizing autonomy and ownership. Ideal candidates have a history in startup tech leadership, 6+ years of hands-on experience, and an interest in AI/ML.
