Develops conceptual and technical interior architecture and architectural designs across project phases. Responsibilities include integrating interdisciplinary criteria, researching materials and building systems, producing design and construction documentation, selecting FF&E and finishes, applying BIM/CAD standards, and meeting project deadlines. The role requires collaboration with project leaders and consultants, strong communication, software proficiency, and a portfolio demonstrating individual design contributions and process.

Lead large, complex architectural projects from inception through schematic design, originating and developing concepts, shaping visual narratives and presentations, directing interdisciplinary teams, mentoring designers, and working closely with clients, consultants and global studios. Maintain hands-on design authorship and translate design ambition into coherent spatial, structural and material strategies.

Lead and sustain design direction for large, complex projects from first principles through schematic design. Strengthen and communicate emerging ideas, set team cadence, shape presentations and narratives, translate design into spatial/structural/material strategies, guide clients and interdisciplinary teams, mentor designers, contribute to studio culture, and support competitions and new business.
