Teams at Skai

Manage client success and platform adoption for Skai’s Retail Media and SEM customers. Drive retention, identify account growth opportunities, provide training and technical support, conduct client audits, and translate business goals into measurable ROI. Coordinate proactive communications, solve issues, and collaborate with product, technical, support, and client success teams. The role requires hands-on digital marketing campaign experience, client services or technical project management experience, strong communication skills, and occasional travel.

Design and run global revenue enablement programs: training, onboarding, playbooks, competitive intelligence, and certification. Partner with product marketing and revenue leaders to translate product and go-to-market updates into seller-facing content, track effectiveness, and iterate using data and feedback.

Lead enterprise sales across EMEA to generate new revenue from brand advertisers, run value-driven campaigns, manage pipeline and forecasting, position Skai versus in-house builds, collaborate with Product and Solutions Engineering, and ensure successful customer implementation and expansion.
