Provide PMO support for programme delivery: maintain programme data, governance, RAID logs, resource coordination, meeting facilitation, quality control, and event coordination. Produce status reports, support recruitment/onboarding, manage timesheets and utilisation forecasting, and act as stakeholder liaison across workstreams to ensure actions are captured and tracked to completion.

Provide 1st/2nd line support for secure Defence/National Security environments: respond to tickets and alerts, desk-side and remote end-user support, escalate complex issues, document incident resolutions, communicate incidents and maintenance, provision devices and onboard users, and support infrastructure and services with occasional site travel.

Lead and line-manage infrastructure engineers across cloud (Azure/GCP), networking, servers, end-user compute and automation. Balance people leadership, recruitment, capacity planning and technical delivery, including architecture reviews, process improvement and stakeholder communication in secure/mission-critical environments.
