Own Sirona’s social media, content creation, paid media, webinars, and events. Create written, visual, and video content; manage LinkedIn and Google campaigns; track spend through pipeline; support event promotion and production; and maintain brand consistency. The role uses AI tools daily, requires hands-on video and design skills, involves public-facing representation, and may include travel to events.

Own Sirona Medical’s GTM technical infrastructure, including its AI automation platform, website, analytics dashboard, sales tooling, and RFP response engine. Build and deploy production software with Python, TypeScript, React, and Next.js; implement marketing designs; automate GTM workflows; manage technical documentation and RFPs; support sales programs; and maintain connected, reliable GTM systems and data.

Own the customer success strategy for Sirona’s radiology software customers, including retention, adoption, expansion, onboarding partnership, executive relationships, health scoring, renewals, and customer advocacy. Build scalable processes, tooling, metrics, and a hiring plan for the future Customer Success organization while representing customer needs across Product, Sales, Implementation, and Support.

Provide overnight application support for radiology customers by monitoring client sites, troubleshooting software and network issues, documenting incidents, meeting SLAs, escalating unresolved problems, and collaborating with engineering and product teams. Support clinician onboarding, maintain knowledge-base materials and runbooks, and follow security and alerting procedures to protect client data and operational integrity.

Identify and qualify healthcare prospects for Sirona Medical's radiology platform, set meetings for sales executives, manage CRM records, conduct market research, collaborate with sales and marketing, and meet monthly lead/meeting targets.
