Win new-logo enterprise accounts across UK warehousing, logistics, industrial real estate, and facilities management. Build outbound pipeline, engage C-suite and operational stakeholders, run complex sales cycles, navigate procurement, IT security, and legal reviews, and close multi-year software deals. Use MEDDICC, mutual action plans, disciplined forecasting, and business-case selling focused on operational cost, compliance, portfolio performance, and risk.

Build and lead SINGU’s first in-house legal function, owning commercial contracts, enterprise negotiations, M&A, compliance, data protection, employment law, corporate governance, IP, and external counsel. Reporting to the Group CFO, this role supports a multi-country SaaS group across the UK, EU, Poland, and Germany. The successful candidate will establish legal processes, standardize contracts, manage legal risk, support acquisitions and integrations, and provide practical advice to executives, the Board, Sales, People & Culture, and other business teams.

Lead the Soft FM and estates product portfolio, managing four Product Managers and setting product strategy, roadmaps, discovery practices, and investment priorities. Drive product consolidation following acquisitions, align with Sales and Engineering, improve team and product-management standards, apply AI and analytics, and support revenue growth across the European facilities-management market. The role includes people leadership, stakeholder alignment, customer discovery, and periodic travel to London and Krakow.
