Lead the Soft FM and estates product portfolio, managing four Product Managers and setting product strategy, roadmaps, discovery practices, and investment priorities. Drive product consolidation following acquisitions, align with Sales and Engineering, improve team and product-management standards, apply AI and analytics, and support revenue growth across the European facilities-management market. The role includes people leadership, stakeholder alignment, customer discovery, and periodic travel to London and Krakow.

Own new-logo enterprise sales across Europe, from cold outreach and pipeline creation through discovery, business cases, negotiation, and signature. Target large property owners, operators, and facilities management organizations; navigate C-suite stakeholders, procurement, IT security, and legal. Apply MEDDICC, maintain accurate forecasts, shape commercial terms, displace incumbent platforms, and ensure clean handoffs to Customer Success. Success is measured by new-logo ARR, self-sourced pipeline, win rate, deal size, forecast accuracy, and deal quality.

Own new-logo enterprise sales across a defined UK territory: build self-sourced pipeline, run full sales cycle, displace incumbents, negotiate multi-country deals, engage C-suite, use MEDDICC, maintain accurate forecasts/CRM, and hand over signed accounts to Customer Success.
