Manage high-value enterprise customer accounts across EMEA, helping customers maximize the value of Sigma’s analytics platform. Develop success plans, drive product adoption, deliver training, advocate for customer needs, and improve net dollar retention through upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction. The role requires strong analytics and business intelligence expertise, enterprise stakeholder management, consultative communication, and experience with SaaS, SQL, cloud data platforms, ETL, and production BI implementations.

Own EMEA revenue operations for international expansion, including market sequencing, territory design, capacity planning, operating rhythms, annual planning, pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and upsell performance. Partner with senior sales leadership to diagnose regional risks, improve GTM efficiency, deploy AI-powered workflows, and coordinate multi-currency, partner, marketplace, legal, finance, and hiring requirements across European markets.

Own and grow a portfolio of system integrator partners across EMEA. Develop go-to-market activities, increase partner-sourced revenue, coordinate co-selling with sales teams, recommend partners for customer services engagements, build executive relationships, resolve partner issues, and represent Sigma at industry events. The role requires strategic channel management, strong sales instincts, data ecosystem knowledge, and frequent regional travel.
