Teams at Sierra

Serve as the Europe People Partner delivering employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, policy implementation, engagement, org design, leader coaching, and data-driven people insights to support scalable teams.

Lead EMEA communications to raise Sierra's external profile: own social media, press, and public speaking; work cross-functionally with Marcomms; execute PR initiatives; manage media relations across European markets and pitch in across marketing communications.

Own end-to-end customer deployments of Sierra's AI platform: architect, deploy, upgrade, and operate infrastructure in customer cloud environments. Define standards, tooling, runbooks, and automation for repeatable deployments while partnering with engineering, product, sales, and customer teams to meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
