Build and expand Sierra’s ecosystem of industry, technology, investor, VC, and PE partnerships. Develop customer acquisition channels, align partnership initiatives with go-to-market strategy, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing. Identify market expansion opportunities, provide market intelligence for product development, and establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. The role requires structuring high-value partnerships and introducing Sierra’s AI agents to portfolio companies and strategic customers.

The Enterprise Account Executive will prospect and close complex enterprise deals across the Nordic region, manage strategic customer relationships, negotiate contracts, develop sales strategies, and exceed revenue targets. The role requires building pipeline, managing a $1M+ quota, collaborating cross-functionally, and helping establish Sierra’s early-stage go-to-market and sales motion. Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish and extensive enterprise sales experience are required.

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, build administrative systems, and support internal and external processes effectively.
