Own commercial relationships for a portfolio of Growth and Strategic enterprise accounts: drive net dollar retention, expansion, and executive trust. Build account plans, run QBRs and workshops, negotiate renewals and expansions, map stakeholders, translate product value into ROI, and partner with deployment strategists, product, and engineering. Requires AI technical fluency and hands-on prompt engineering experience.

Own Siena’s end-to-end content strategy and production across founder-led LinkedIn, social media, product launches, blog posts, announcements, and video scripts. Develop the company voice, analyze content performance and trends, use AI throughout the workflow, and collaborate with the Creative Director on launch campaigns. This individual contributor role requires independently producing high-quality content for consumer brands and rapidly adjusting strategy based on evidence.

Own Siena’s creative vision, narrative, positioning, and design quality across product launches and marketing artifacts. Personally ship landing pages, videos, decks, social content, and the design system during the first year, then build a small internal creative agency. Establish the company-wide taste bar, provide final creative approval, use AI fluently in the creative process, and operate effectively across multiple fast-moving launches.
