Own the candidate experience across high-volume recruiting, including inbound triage, first-round screens, timely feedback, scheduling, logistics, and accurate Ashby pipeline management. Support sourcing during peak demand and build AI-enabled workflows using Claude and similar tools. The role requires strong judgment, ownership, relationship-focused candidate care, and comfort operating in an early-stage startup or agency environment without a predefined playbook.

Own a defined product surface, become an expert on agent behavior and integrations, diagnose issues, run a support queue as product research, feed prioritized customer insights to PMs, create enablement (docs, webinars, demos), support sales, and perform market research to shape roadmap and deployments.

Own commercial relationships for a portfolio of Growth and Strategic enterprise accounts: drive net dollar retention, expansion, and executive trust. Build account plans, run QBRs and workshops, negotiate renewals and expansions, map stakeholders, translate product value into ROI, and partner with deployment strategists, product, and engineering. Requires AI technical fluency and hands-on prompt engineering experience.

Own technical pre-sales end-to-end: run demos on real data, scope and build integrations, lead multi-week POCs, write SOWs, hand off to deployment, and drive product feedback across Sales, Product, and Engineering.

The Product Manager will own and develop AI agent capabilities, manage integrations, and facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring product effectiveness and adoption.

Lead architecture and technical direction across the full stack, solve ambiguous cross-cutting problems, deploy LLM-powered features into production, improve reliability and scale, mentor engineers, and make strategic build/buy and platform decisions that shape long-term product delivery.

Own end-to-end full-stack features and systems (frontend, backend, infra). Ship reliable, high-performance, scalable microservices and LLM-powered customer workflows on AWS, partner with product, make architectural decisions, improve CI/CD and infrastructure, and mentor peers.
