The HR Manager provides comprehensive generalist HR support across recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR policies, onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and personnel administration. The role maintains accurate HRIS records, supports employee lifecycle processes, assists with talent acquisition and company-wide initiatives, and contributes to change management, workforce development, and continuous performance coaching. The position also advises employees and managers, manages disciplinary and grievance procedures, and collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations.
