Own international fulfillment partner sourcing and lifecycle management across the UK, EMEA, and Australia. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying operators, negotiating contracts, coordinating onboarding, managing SLAs and QBRs, addressing performance issues, conducting site visits, and reporting on network health, compliance, and profitability. The role requires strong logistics market knowledge, commercial negotiation expertise, project management, and regular international travel.

Identify, research, and qualify new merchant opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach. Qualify merchant fit, schedule demos for Account Executives, meet daily activity metrics, accurately track interactions, collaborate with managers to improve prospecting, and consistently exceed monthly and annual quota.
