Supports technical sales and customer engagements for Hivemind autonomy solutions across the EURAF region. Translates defense customer missions, CONOPs, and integration constraints into feasible solution concepts, demonstrations, proposals, and technical materials. Partners with business development, product, engineering, and program teams while explaining capabilities, limitations, and roadmap considerations to diverse stakeholders. Builds customer relationships and supports international defense modernization and capture activities.

Leads and scales Shield AI’s international Aechelon sales organization, integrating the acquired business into Shield AI’s go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities include sales team leadership, post-acquisition integration, territory and account planning, pipeline and forecast management, complex defense and enterprise pursuits, cross-selling, partner development, and alignment with product, engineering, marketing, and customer engagement teams.

Leads systems engineering for autonomous defense systems, translating mission and customer needs into requirements, architectures, interfaces, and verification strategies. Collaborates across autonomy, software, avionics, hardware, and testing teams; develops C++ and Python tools and prototypes; investigates system behavior using simulation, logs, telemetry, and engineering data; and supports integration across software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, ground, and flight testing.
