Owns enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user computing across on-premises, cloud, identity, networking, endpoints, and segmented environments. Responsibilities include Azure/AWS administration, systems hardening, patching, vulnerability remediation, endpoint and identity management, backups, disaster recovery, audit evidence, incident response, asset lifecycle, documentation, automation, and advanced technical support. The role independently drives infrastructure modernization, security compliance, operational resilience, and controlled access for a security-sensitive entity.

Leads and scales Shield AI’s field marketing function across Europe, supporting Africa as needed. Builds regional strategy, account-based marketing programs, executive engagement, defense events, campaigns, processes, KPIs, and a high-performing team. Partners with Growth, Sales, Business Development, Capture, Communications, Product, and regional leaders to deepen government and defense stakeholder engagement, generate and influence pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and align marketing programs with procurement cycles and capture strategies. The role is London-based and requires regular travel across Europe and periodic travel to Africa.

Develops AI and autonomy applications using Shield AI’s Hivemind SDK for unmanned platforms. Deploys autonomy infrastructure at customer sites, supports vehicle and software integrations, troubleshoots API issues, trains customers, creates technical documentation, and collaborates with product and engineering teams. The role also supports complex technical customer inquiries and requires approximately 30% travel.
