Lead international facilities operations post-turnover across multi-site portfolio. Establish regional operating model, drive maintenance and asset reliability, manage vendors and budgets, ensure lifecycle integration and risk mitigation, develop teams, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain operational readiness and service levels.

Serve as the front-desk point of contact, manage visitor check-in/badging, route inquiries, coordinate meetings and vendors, support office operations and facilities/IT/security teams, and maintain records and office readiness.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Hivemind Enterprise software releases. Build simulation-based test automation and manage test operations from CI through HIL and flight test. Coordinate cross-functional teams, define test scope, create project plans, mitigate risks, communicate status to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and technical decision-making.
