Develop, integrate, debug, and maintain autonomy software for unmanned aircraft using C++ and Python. Integrate software with hardware, radios, sensors, and flight controllers; support SIL/HIL/VIL, lab and live flight testing; operate ground control systems; analyze flight data; troubleshoot field issues; and produce test and deployment documentation.

Lead presales technical capture and solution development for European opportunities focused on Shield AI aircraft and product suite. Support BD by creating proposals, RFIs, white papers, and technical collateral; liaise with engineering, product, and program teams; provide technical briefings, competitive analysis, and training to drive sales and align solutions with customer operational needs.

Lead end-to-end revenue accounting for EMEAs: review contracts, ensure ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, own revenue policies and SSP analyses, streamline contract workflows, support audits, and partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to implement revenue recognition and OTC processes.

Serve as specialist seller for the Aechelon simulation portfolio across international markets. Partner with regional sales leaders and account teams to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities; support customer meetings, demos, proposals, and pursuit activities; connect customer requirements to product capabilities; drive pipeline and maintain pursuit visibility; align cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Marketing, and Operations to scale simulation business internationally.

Lead regional trade compliance for the UK and Europe: develop and execute export control strategies, manage licensing (SPIRE/SIEL/OIEL/OGEL), classify products/software, advise stakeholders, maintain audit-ready documentation, implement compliance procedures, monitor regulatory changes, and streamline classification and licensing processes across programs.

Lead full sales lifecycle for Hivemind in the UK defense and government sector: generate pipeline, develop capture strategies, shape and close complex opportunities, lead proposal development, manage stakeholder relationships, partner with Product and Engineering, represent Shield AI externally, and maintain rigorous deal discipline and CRM hygiene.

Provide technical expertise to customers deploying and integrating Shield AI's Hivemind autonomy software. Develop autonomy applications, deploy AI infrastructure at customer sites, train and support customers, debug API integrations, collaborate with product/engineering, create documentation and training materials, and assist sales. Travel to customer sites (~30%).

Lead government affairs and public policy for the UK, Nordics, and Benelux. Build and manage relationships with defence and regulatory stakeholders, monitor policy and procurement, advise senior leaders, support market-entry and capture efforts, prepare briefings and position papers, and coordinate public consultations, trade association engagement, and risk management related to export controls and defence procurement.

Lead design and delivery of tactical autonomy and motion-planning software for unmanned platforms. Architect, implement, test, and sustain multi-agent behaviors, integrate with sensors and vehicle systems, and drive product-line reuse and cross-team collaboration throughout the software lifecycle.

Lead full sales lifecycle for V-BAT ISR and Hivemind mission autonomy in the UK, focusing on urgent and non-standard procurement. Generate pipeline, shape requirements at source, develop capture strategies, and manage cross-functional proposal development. Build trusted relationships across special mission, programme offices, and strategic partners while ensuring rigorous deal qualification, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

Lead and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to execute customer onboarding, on-site deployments, troubleshooting, and sustained adoption of the Hivemind SDK. Drive field feedback into product, translate mission goals into technical milestones, and partner with engineering and product teams to improve deployment readiness and customer outcomes.

Design and implement real-time object detection, classification, multi-target tracking, and sensor-fused state estimation for airborne platforms. Integrate EO/IR, radar, IMU/GPS data, optimize perception pipelines for SWaP-constrained systems, validate in simulation and flight tests, and collaborate with autonomy, hardware, and integration teams.

Lead system architecture and technical teams to integrate Hivemind autonomy across Group 2–5 UAS. Define technical objectives, manage requirements and ICDs, ensure high-reliability software delivery for IRAD and defense contracts, provide customer-facing leadership, and contribute to government proposals.
