Manage partner programs from ideation through implementation, including onboarding, stakeholder communication, contractual compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Build partner relationships, support sales growth, track diversity spend and revenue metrics, manage CRM data, assist with business intelligence reporting, and conduct regional analysis. Coordinate partner events, webinars, and training while resolving escalated issues and advising leadership on program performance.

Designs and governs enterprise-scale Cisco-focused technology architectures. Translates business requirements into secure, scalable solutions; leads architecture workshops, standards, SOWs, integrations, and technical design reviews. Collaborates with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to oversee delivery and governance. Supports pre-sales engagements, evaluates emerging technologies, and advises clients and executives across cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and Microsoft ecosystems.

Manages enterprise sales activities, targets, pipeline, and growth strategies. Builds, hires, coaches, and motivates sales development and professional sales teams. Develops new and existing customer business, strengthens partner relationships, coordinates internal resources, delivers sales presentations, and engages with customer executives to achieve quotas and customer satisfaction.
