The Director of Risk Management will build and mature SHI’s enterprise risk, compliance, and Risk & Control Self-Assessment programs. Responsibilities include defining risk taxonomies and appetites, implementing governance and escalation processes, monitoring key risk indicators, strengthening third-party and operational risk controls, developing policies and training, conducting testing and assurance, and delivering executive reporting. The role also involves building a risk and compliance team and influencing cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Drive and expand enterprise accounts by building strategic executive relationships, managing pipeline and CRM, positioning SHI IT solutions, collaborating with pre/post-sales teams, and meeting revenue and profit targets.

Lead and grow an enterprise sales team to meet targets: recruit, train, coach, manage pipeline, drive new business and partner engagement, deliver presentations, and coordinate internal resources to increase revenue.
