The Director of Risk Management will build and mature SHI’s enterprise risk, compliance, and Risk & Control Self-Assessment programs. Responsibilities include defining risk taxonomies and appetites, implementing governance and escalation processes, monitoring key risk indicators, strengthening third-party and operational risk controls, developing policies and training, conducting testing and assurance, and delivering executive reporting. The role also involves building a risk and compliance team and influencing cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

Leads the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Cisco solutions. Translates business requirements into secure, scalable architectures; develops standards, frameworks, and statements of work; facilitates design workshops; validates technical implementations; and collaborates with engineering, DevOps, security, clients, and stakeholders. Supports pre-sales engagements, technical strategy, governance, and digital transformation across cloud, data, AI, integration, and Microsoft ecosystems.

Develops and executes sales strategies to exceed revenue and profit targets. Builds relationships with existing and prospective customers through prospecting, meetings, networking, and consultative selling. Identifies pipeline opportunities, presents tailored IT solutions, negotiates and closes deals, collaborates with internal teams and external partners, and maintains competitive market knowledge. The role requires significant customer-site and event travel within an assigned territory.
