Lead qualitative public opinion research across political and policy topics, overseeing project design, discussion guides, focus groups, immersive research, interviews, analysis, reporting, and client advising. Moderate research nationally and internationally, contribute to media engagement and new business, shape team strategy and processes, and manage and develop junior researchers. The role requires strong UK political understanding, excellent writing, project management, and confident communication with senior clients and journalists.

Supports skills-policy consulting projects and retained accounts through project delivery, desk research, policy monitoring, data-informed analysis, and clear written outputs including reports, briefings, press releases, and comment articles. The role involves working with cross-functional teams, liaising with senior clients, identifying new opportunities, and developing expertise in education, employment, and skills policy.

Advise leading technology companies on UK tech policy and public affairs. Responsibilities include developing policy positions, monitoring political and regulatory developments, drafting consultation submissions and parliamentary materials, preparing clients for select committees, advising on stakeholder strategy, managing client accounts, mentoring colleagues, and supporting business development.
