Lead multi-site operational excellence and manufacturing strategies for packaging coatings. Drive process optimization, standardization, and large-scale projects across production, maintenance, warehousing, safety, and quality. Support new product introductions, Gatekeeper reviews, MOC processes, and partnership with Supply Chain. Provide PSM/EHS guidance, develop strategic project plans, and liaise with executive leadership to deliver measurable plant performance improvements.
