Own SheMed’s end-to-end retention strategy, including onboarding, renewal, churn reduction, experimentation, lifecycle messaging, and member engagement. Build and lead a retention team, establish testing infrastructure and prioritization processes, partner cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Clinical, CRM, Support, and Data, and oversee retention metrics such as churn, LTV, cohort retention, and forecasting. Translate member feedback and analytics into initiatives and report performance to leadership.

The Senior Data Analyst will support marketing strategies through data analysis, campaign optimization, and performance measurement across channels, while translating insights for senior stakeholders.
