Provide application support for Shawbrook's core systems: ensure performance, reliability, security and stability; deliver end-user operational support; liaise with technology, security and delivery teams; drive efficiency and improve user experience.

Provide accurate HR administration and data management, manage case queries via Halo, support payroll reporting and investigations, carry out Right to Work and visa administration, support SMCR and benefits administration, handle HR invoices, produce HR reports, and contribute to continuous improvement projects to maintain compliance and service levels.

Operate as the operational backbone of internal communications: manage day-to-day colleague updates, own key IC channels, build cross-functional relationships, plan and deliver communications for major change (restructures, acquisitions, policy changes), and align internal messaging with external narratives.
