Leads SharkNinja’s global affiliate and live commerce organization, scaling creator-led commerce toward $1B in attributed demand. Owns affiliate strategy, creator recruitment and retention, commission economics, technology, live programming, production, global teams, agency partnerships, and contribution margin. Expands commerce across TikTok Shop, Meta, YouTube, marketplaces, and ecommerce while aligning merchandising, brand, supply chain, product, legal, and finance stakeholders.

Leads product integrity, design assurance, verification and validation throughout new product development. Owns risk-based test plans, DFMEA, DVP&R, safety reviews, quality gates, root-cause investigations, CAPA, supplier corrective actions and production-readiness recommendations. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and suppliers to ensure product quality, safety, reliability and compliance. Analyzes test and field data, resolves design and process risks, and drives continuous improvement across consumer product programs.

Lead global execution of SharkNinja's highest-priority growth initiatives (market/channel expansion, DTC, social commerce). Drive cross-functional alignment, program governance, change management, performance tracking, and scalable operating models to deliver measurable revenue, margin, and efficiency outcomes.
