Leads end-to-end new product development for a core consumer product category, from concept transition through mass-production launch. Directs engineering teams, manages concurrent programs, resources, risks, stage gates, manufacturability, tooling, testing, quality, and global manufacturing partnerships. Partners with Marketing, Design, Quality, Sourcing, NPI, Operations, and international teams to deliver products on schedule, within cost, and at scale. Mentors engineers and communicates key decisions and recommendations to executive leadership.

Own the strategy, operations, systems, and performance infrastructure for SharkNinja’s UKI mid-tier and micro creator program. Responsibilities include building creator pipelines, managing onboarding through offboarding, establishing UGC workflows and compliance standards, coordinating content approvals and payments, tracking performance, and aligning Influencer, Creator Commerce, Paid Media, and Social teams. The role also manages boosting and whitelisting processes and is expected to scale the program globally.

Supports SharkNinja’s EMEA commercial finance activities, focusing on invoice pricing, promotional planning, margin analysis, FP&A reporting, and financial modeling. The role manages pricing processes in Oracle, analyzes promotional ROI and pricing performance, develops dashboards and business insights, supports SOX controls, and improves reporting automation. It partners with commercial and finance teams and provides analyses and decision support for strategic initiatives, market expansion, and pricing adjustments.
