Leads operational strategy and performance across a growing network of 20 QSR franchise sites and multiple brands. Owns partner P&L performance, profitability, compliance, guest experience, supply-chain alignment, international expansion, reporting, and operational systems. Manages and develops the QSR operations team, coaches franchise partners, drives continuous improvement, and scales consistent standards as the estate expands.

Leads commercial expansion for the QSR division by developing franchise sales strategy, managing the franchise pipeline, and driving new unit growth. Responsibilities include leading Development Managers, owning P&L and forecasts, improving onboarding, maximizing franchise partner value and retention, and collaborating with Operations, Growth, and Finance to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.

Owns the growth and commercial success of assigned restaurant brands as a mini-CEO. Responsibilities include brand positioning, demand generation, partnerships, QSR expansion, FMCG strategy, pricing, promotions, P&L ownership, and cross-functional leadership across growth, sales, operations, culinary, supply chain, and creative teams.
