Player-coach Sales Manager responsible for personal sales targets, pipeline management, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing Host Partner deals. Leads and develops a pod of 2–5 BDMs through coaching, performance management, pipeline reviews, field shadowing, onboarding, and target accountability. Reports insights, manages pod output, and partners with leadership and the Sales Academy.

Leads operational strategy and performance across a growing network of 20 QSR franchise sites and multiple brands. Owns partner P&L performance, profitability, compliance, guest experience, supply-chain alignment, international expansion, reporting, and operational systems. Manages and develops the QSR operations team, coaches franchise partners, drives continuous improvement, and scales consistent standards as the estate expands.

Leads commercial expansion for the QSR division by developing franchise sales strategy, managing the franchise pipeline, and driving new unit growth. Responsibilities include leading Development Managers, owning P&L and forecasts, improving onboarding, maximizing franchise partner value and retention, and collaborating with Operations, Growth, and Finance to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.
