Manage IT asset lifecycle, SaaS licence administration, vendor relationships, onboarding/offboarding (HiBob), workplace operations for London and regional offices, and support compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR). Improve processes, maintain documentation and lease/accounts records, track budgets, and coordinate events while partnering with People Ops, Finance, and regional teams.

Owns new-logo acquisition and strategic account growth across maritime commodities, owners, operators, and charterers. Responsibilities include full-cycle sales, prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, renewals, upsells, account strategy, C-suite relationship management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Implementation, RevOps, and Finance teams.

Own the full sales cycle for Sedna’s AI-powered maritime platform, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, technical validation, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with shipping and trading customers, develop account plans, identify expansion opportunities, manage renewals, and coordinate with marketing, RevOps, presales, product, and customer success teams. Maintain accurate forecasting and continuously improve sales practices.
