Manage PostgreSQL and EDB database services across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include high availability, backup and recovery, replication, monitoring, performance tuning, security, migrations, automation, documentation, incident response, and on-call support. The role requires extensive production PostgreSQL administration, strong Linux and cloud skills, infrastructure-as-code and version-control experience, and expertise with EFM, Barman, PEM, TPA, PgBouncer, and PostgreSQL recovery technologies.

Provides technical onboarding and implementation services for enterprise customers from proof of concept through production. Manages multiple customer accounts, translates technical needs into Sectigo solutions, troubleshoots implementation issues, and coordinates internal and external stakeholders. Maintains customer communications and ticket updates while contributing to onboarding process improvements, documentation, knowledge-base development, and readiness programs. The role is hybrid in London and requires expertise across PKI, certificate authorities, Windows, Linux, cloud, networking, and scripting.

Leads enterprise pre-sales engagements for post-quantum cryptography, certificate lifecycle management, private PKI, and machine identity security. Advises CISOs and technical stakeholders, conducts cryptographic assessments, designs solutions, delivers presentations and workshops, and leads proofs of concept and implementations. Supports proposals, RFPs, technical enablement, product feedback, partner initiatives, and customer adoption. Requires extensive PKI and enterprise security expertise, strong consulting and communication skills, and more than 35% travel.
