Design, build, operate, and improve reliable software services for regulated investment workflows using TypeScript and Node.js. Own services throughout their lifecycle, maintain SLAs, support incident management and on-call operations, document systems, mentor engineers, and lead technical delivery. Collaborate with product, operations, customer-facing teams, and nontechnical stakeholders while improving resilience, observability, testing, scalability, and technical excellence.

The Account Manager will manage and grow relationships with customer firms, develop strategic account plans, drive feature adoption, and ensure a leading customer experience.

Lead and develop a product engineering squad, balancing people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical guidance. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, planning, delivery health, production readiness, system reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability. Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to align priorities, guide technical decisions, improve delivery predictability, and support responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
