Own end-to-end recruitment across Product, Engineering, and other teams as priorities change. Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, agency management, and creative search; manage hiring processes from intake through offer and close; advise hiring managers using market insight and hiring data; maintain a high hiring bar and inclusive candidate experience; and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ambiguous scale-up environment.

Lead and develop a product engineering squad, balancing people leadership, delivery accountability, and technical guidance. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, planning, delivery health, production readiness, system reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability. Partner with product managers and engineering leaders to align priorities, guide technical decisions, improve delivery predictability, and support responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.

The Group Product Manager leads multiple product managers to shape the Seccl platform, focusing on client needs and effective product delivery while driving strategy and operational excellence.
